DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all office-wide meetings, internal and external events.
Improve the company's administrative operations and processes.
Answers, transfers and/or fields incoming calls.
Updates and maintains management calendars.
Fields all incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
Greets and assists all office visitors.
Verifies all expense receipts are posted on server.
Verifies time and expense entry for all employees in a business unit.
Participate in strategic planning for improving day to day operations.
Resolve and facilitate human resources matters.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage daily activities.
Time management, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
