About the Job :
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business customers to maintain business expertise and alignment.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with business customers to determine needs and functional requirements and deliver the following deliverable as needed: Functional requirements, Use Cases, Screen (wire-frames) and Interface designs
Elicit requirements via multiple approaches including but not limited to group meetings, interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, task and workflow analysis
Drive the delivery of documented requirements via collaboration with the development and QA teams to ensure that business requirements are being satisfied and validated
Clear understanding of software development life-cycle methodologies and documentation standards. Ensure compliance with infas ME Software Development Life-cycle documentation and mandated compliance requirements for all application changes
Establish a partnership with the business customers to then be able to drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their business in their systems
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
Provide functional and business subject matter expertise for IT projects and business systems support as well as to the IT training team in support of new employee training and ongoing system training needs
Monitor issue management system to ensure all reported production issues are addressed according to their priority and relative importance to release activities
Provide 2nd level support for production issues which includes problem identification, definition and implementation of short-term work around and coordination of long term software solution with development team
Develop and execute IT test plans and coordinate UAT activities.
Work with the business team to clearly document change requests initiated from either the business or IT throughout the life cycle
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language
