Purpose
Title holder has an integral role in managing the process of external audits by coordinating audit activities with external
auditors and supporting internal units (auditees) during management response and development of corrective actions. Title
holder will also maintain DA’s corporate audit non-conformity report and findings register, tracking and assessing if findings
have been adequately addressed, and managing related reporting; as well as updating and maintaining content of the GRC
Qualifications and Education
Degree level or an equivalent qualification in a discipline
related to Accounting, Finance, Business management,
process management, internal or external auditing,
inspection, quality, or compliance.
Professional Accounting / Finance Qualification (ACCA, CPA,
CIA, etc.) is desirable
Experience
The jobholder should have a wide and in depth experience in
the fields of Internal Auditing, Internal Control, Audit
Assurance, Accounts & Budgeting within a complex
stakeholder environment. This is likely to be achieved over 5
years of which at least 3 years should be in leading teams
and projects, defining objectives and achieving results
