MANAGER - LEARNING DELIVERY

What you’ll deliver
You will be responsible for delivering learning content described in the design phase adhering to the quality standards.
You shall deliver projects by engaging learning solutions for all DA employees to the highest standards and in adherence with the HRD policy and departmental KPIs, using various adult learning methods that create a positive environment conducive to learning.
Meets the expected demand by delivering on an agreed number of days as required by the business.
Evaluates courses to improve the offering, increases transfer of learning and demonstrates value to the organization.
Ensures that all relevant learner, facilitator and course records remain current and valid.
Reviews and updates content in a timely manner while ensuring that it meets the departmental quality standards.
What you’ll bring
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university in a field relevant to learning/training.
You will hold professional qualifications in facilitation, instructional and evaluation.
You will have at least 6 – 8 years of professional experience in facilitation and evaluation in a blue-chip organization, preferably in a multicultural environment.
You will have Expertise/experience in facilitating and evaluating leadership/management courses, Content development and curation, Course quality maintenance.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
